Why you should join with Kansas Minutemen- By Ed HayesIt is not because of bias towards people from another country, but rather because you feel your government owes the citizens of the United States protection from people who wish to take advantage of a free society. We demand that President Bush, members of Congress and the Senate maintain an orderly queue of entry into our country. We are four years post September 11, 2001, and still our government is more concerned with securing the borders of foreign lands than securing the borders of the United States. Enough is enough.
We are citizens who set the example, of the people for the people and by the people.
The Mexican Army has for many years entered US soil in support of drug smugglers. Although technically an act of war, US media and US government have long ignored not only the large number of border incursions by Mexico's heavily armed military but the violence and chaos of the SW border in general.
What We Need To Do As Kansans
Join together with fellow Kansas
Minutemen to promote public safety and national security by ensuring the removal from the United States of all illegal aliens through the fair and effective enforcement of the nation’s immigration laws.
To accomplish this we must all:
Identify illegal aliens
Identify illegal alien residences
Identify landlords of illegal aliens
Identify employer pickup points
Identify employers of illegal aliens
Identify illegal alien check cashing facilities
Contact your city and state representatives
Write letters of interest to the editorial page of your local newspaper
Contact your local Sheriff and Chief of Police requesting their diligence in apprehending illegal aliens
Demand our government judiciously enforce all current immigration laws
Why We Stand Against Amnesty and Guest Worker Programs
Amnesties are all too common legislative efforts to forgive the breaking of immigration laws and to make it possible for illegal aliens to live permanently in the United States. Amnesties represent a system of federal rewards and assistance for illegal migrants, and they entice an even greater number of illegal migrants.
Absolutely, positively no amnesties!
Guest Workers may well be a viable option at a time in the future however, until our borders are secure and all illegal aliens removed from our land any guest worker program is amnesty and should be obeyed.
No Amnesty!
The Price We Pay For Illegal Aliens
"Calling an illegal alien an undocumented immigrant is like calling a burglar an uninvited houseguest."
Illegal aliens are stealing from, not benefiting, Americans. Illegal aliens do not pay taxes. It’s our property taxes, our school taxes, our higher auto insurance and medical expenses, our welfare dollars, our federal, state and local taxes that go to unjustly support illegal aliens.
